Our public demos are free, points-only games. There is no real money in them: no deposits, no withdrawals, no cash prizes, and we never collect payment or financial data. Points have no monetary value.

Who we are

This website and the game demos are operated by the Nerve Studios project ("we"). For any privacy request, contact us at contact@nervestudios.co. We act as the data controller for the data described below.

What we collect

  • This website: no accounts, no tracking cookies, no analytics identifiers. Standard technical server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) for security and operations.
  • If you play through an operator: the player reference your operator sends us — to give you a game identity (one identity = one balance). We never receive your operator account.
  • If you play a demo anonymously on the web: a random session identifier stored in your browser.
  • Gameplay data: bets, points balance, leaderboard stats (alias and net points) — all in points with no monetary value.
  • Messages you send in the in-game chat.
  • Local storage in your browser: language preference.

Why we use it (legal basis)

  • To provide the games and your identity, leaderboards (performance of the service).
  • Our legitimate interest in keeping the games fair and free of abuse, and in aggregated, non-identifying statistics to improve them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use service providers only to run the games: cloud hosting (Railway) and our database (Neon, hosted in the EU).

Where it's stored & how long

Data is stored on servers in the EU. We keep it only as long as needed to run the games and your identity; we delete it on request, or when it's no longer needed.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to contact@nervestudios.co. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Children

Our games are not directed at children. They are intended for adults; remember the demo points have no real value and there is no gambling with money.

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
